IADK is carrying out professional trainings with the group of women from the Municipality of Podujeva in order to increase knowledge in the pastry sector.
In addition to the positive development opportunities for individuals in this sector, attending accredited professional training is the key to the success of further knowledge development.
The professional trainings that the group of women are attending are designed in the practical part with 70% and the theoretical part 30%.
Candidates who are following professional training in the confectionery sector will benefit from knowledge and skill development enabling easier access to employment, which after completing the assessment stages will be provided with certificates which will are verified by the National Qualifications Authority (AKK).
In addition, this group of women will be offered the opportunity to apply for a grant that will enable them to set up a unit for the preparation of sweets, so that they can apply the knowledge gained during the training in their business and generate income. and employment opportunities for other women as well.
